The Singapore Golf Association (SGA) will be conducting the R&A Level 2 Rules School at Orchid Country Club from 2 to 3 December 2017.
Participants must have attended the R&A Level 1 Introductory Rules School and have had passed the examination.
Class size is limited to 40 participants.
Application is based on first-come-first-served and closes when the class is full.
Closing date is on 13 November 2017.
